Rip and Run Update

I have pushed a new version of source code into testing, here are the specifics:

1. The automated voice dialing is now in testing - and has been very well recieved by many of the members in MAFD who volunteered to test it. Some more points about the voice dialing functionality:
   • The county typically sends the faxes at call time, re-tones (5 minute mark) and then the "in-service" fax - when the call is over. The problem is that it generally doesn't make sense to call a firefighter with the dispath information when a call is over - so I implemented some functionality to prevent this from happening. The only times that the calls should be made are the initial dispatch and re-tones.
   • I have optimized the voice characteristics to make the derived speach as understandable as possible. The new functionality is now more easily understood - at least I think so.
   • So far, the voice dialer has been tested with the following networks:
     • AT&T
     • AT&T - iPhone
     • Sprint
     • Verizon
     • Nextel
     • Cingular
     Please note however that all major networks are reported to be supported, these are just the networks that we have tested thus far.

2. Fax accuracy has been improved dramatically, and this functionality has now been integrated into the software
3. Multi-page fax support is now implemented, and multi-page faxes are processed correctly
4. A new "address cache" which allows a simple configuration file to define a common location (Wilton Senior Apartments, Wilton Medical Arts, etc.) - which can be used to automatically populate rip and run fields.
5. an assortment of bug fixes...

I will most likely be testing the voice dialing for another week or so, and then switch over to text messaging testing.
